What is BCM Net e-Banking Service?
BCM Net e-Banking Service is an innovative and integrated service brought to you by BCM bank through Internet and brings you the most convenient online banking services. You can access and operate your accounts in BCM bank as well as perform banking transactions, and other valued added services via Internet at anytime anywhere.
Do I have to pay for the service?
No, the use of e-banking service is absolutely FREE. However, you may have to pay for some specific transactions as per the prevailing charges defined and announced by BCM bank.
What type of accounts can I access in BCM Net?
You can make inquiry to all existing and future individual accounts under your name, including the current accounts, savings accounts, time accounts, loan accounts, and credit card accounts. However, you need to make prior registration for third party accounts that need to be operated through BCM Net, e.g. Joint account(s), your children’s account(s) with you as the Guardian and any other third party account(s). You can only operate or make transactions to third party accounts based on your authority in the bank to do so.
You may also use your Security Authentication Services to facilitate non-registered third party accounts through BCM Net.

Is there any transaction limits in BCM Net?
Yes. For your own security, BCM bank specifically designed some limits for customers making financial transactions through BCM Net. They are explained hereunder:
· If you are making transfers within your solely own assets, that is, within accounts under your name and ownership, except joint-names account(s), there will not be a limit.
· If you would like to make transfers and payments outside your individual own name account, that is, to the third party accounts, no matter within or outside BCM bank, you are bounded by a Daily Third Party Transfer Limit to Pre-registered beneficiary account(s) of MOP1,000,000 or its equivalent. And a Daily Third Party Transfer Limit to Non-registered beneficiary account(s) of MOP100,000 or its equivalent. In other words, whenever you have reached the limit, you cannot make any further transfers or payments until the next working day of the bank.
· For cross-currencies transactions (except USD), you are bounded by a maximum daily limit of MOP8,000,000 or its equivalent, and per transaction limit is MOP1,500,000 or its equivalent. The exchange of USD is bounded by a maximum daily limit of MOP8,000,000 or its equivalent. Again, whenever the limit is reached, no cross currency transaction is allowed until the next working day.
· For transactions involving RMB exchange, there is a maximum daily limit share with cross-currencies transactions (except USD). Similarly, whenever the limit is reached, no RMB exchange transaction is allowed until the next working day.
Can I change the transaction limits?
Yes. The aforesaid limits are only the maximum levels defined by BCM bank. You can always re-define these limits according to your needs through BCM Net under the “Security & Personal Settings” function, and then click “Online Transaction Limit”, but the amount(s) should never be greater than the bank limit(s).
The change of online transaction limits requires the use of Security Authentication Services to validate the process.
Are all the services in BCM Net available 24 hours?
Basically yes. You can access BCM Net and make transactions or enquiries 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However there are designated types of transactions that the requests would only be executed or followed up on the next working day of the bank if they were sent after the bank’s cut off time or during banking holidays. Moreover, there will be slight differences in the daily cut-off time for different transactions and the details are listed hereunder for your information.

No matter where you are (in Macau or overseas), simply approach to a computer with the appropriate internet browser / mobile device to visit BCM bank Web Site www.bcm.com.mo, and click on “e-Services Login” logo displayed at the first page > “BCM Net Login” logo to launch the login page of “BCM Net e-Banking Service”.

What should I do before my first login to BCM Net?
You should make sure you have read and understand all the terms and conditions of BCM Net e-Banking Service and read through the ‘Important Notice’ posted on login page.
How can I make the first login to BCM Net?
You can access BCM Net by inputting your Username and Login Password at the login page. The Username, upon the first login, must be your Customer Number in BCM bank and it must be a 10-digit code. If your Customer Number is less than 10 digits, add zeroes in front of it. The first Login Password, an 8-digit alphanumeric code, should be inside the sealed PIN envelope provided by the branch upon your registration.
For security reason, you are required to set up a unique Username and change your Login Password immediately upon first time login.
Can I block my E-Banking access?
You can request the blocking either through TeleBCM or at any of BCM branches.
Username and Login Password
1. The Username is a UNIQUE code to identify yourself in our e-Banking system when you try to log in BCM Net.
2. The Login Password is the login password which, together with your Username, allows you to access BCM Net.
Can I change my username and password?
Upon first time login to BCM Net, it is mandatory to set up your unique Username and change your Password. For subsequent change of the aforesaid codes, simply click “Security & Personal Settings” and select “Change Password / Username” function.
For the Username:
A new Username must be:
· between 6 and 20 digit;
· alphabet / alphanumeric characters;
· No space or symbol allowed, except “-“ and “_”
For the Login Password:
A new Login Password must be:
· between 8 and 16 digit;
· alphanumeric characters
· No space or symbol allowed
· Case sensitive
· No simple or sequential patterns
REMEMBER:
1. The system will check your Username against the previous inputs. Duplications will be rejected in order to ensure high security control for you!
2. The system will detect passwords with too simple or sequential patterns and request you to re-input the new passwords by prompting a message of “Please enter valid new password”.
3. Please PAY ATTENTION that the password inputs are CASE SENSITIVE. This means that you can choose to input the characters in small letters or in Capitals or even a mixture. However, you MUST remember the pattern since the next time you access BCM Net, you must input the exact case or it will be rejected. After 3 consecutive trials, your Password will be blocked.
4. BCM Net Login Password will be blocked if no usage after 60 days of issuance. You will have to re-apply the Login Password thereafter.
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you have to re-apply for it. To re-apply for the Login Password, you must approach any BCM branch where you can receive a new PIN envelope immediately.
What should I do if I block BCM Net access, lose my password or suspect it was known to third party?
For the loss or divulge of Login Password, we advise you to block your BCM Net access immediately. You can block the BCM Net access through TeleBCM by dialing 8796 8888 during Monday to Friday (Bank working days) from 09:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m. or approach any BCM branches. After blocking the BCM Net, you can re-apply a new Login Password at any BCM branches for resuming your e-Banking service.
Security Authentication Services
What is Security Authentication Services?
Security Authentication is a way of authentication to log into BCM Net / BCM Mobile Banking Service, complete two-factor authentication when carrying out designated online transactions with Fingerprint, Face ID, Facial Recognition or Security Passcode Authentication.
How can I enable Security Authentication Services?
Please download BCM Mobile Banking Services at Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After logon to BCM Mobile Banking Services, you can enable Security Authentication Services from the “Security Settings – Security Authentication Settings” menu, and follow the on screen instructions to enable Security Authentication Services.
What should I pay attention to when I use the Security Authentication Services?
1. When you see a yellow lock icon next to the function, it means that such transaction or instruction requires the use of Security Authentication Services for authentication. Please prepare your Mobile Device and use Security Authentication Services for authentication.
2. If your Security Authentication-enabled mobile device is lost or stolen, you are recommended to login BCM Net to select the ‘Enable / Disable Mobile Banking Service’ function under ‘Security & Personal Settings’, and check ‘Disable’ Mobile Banking Service immediately. You may also call TeleBCM at 8796 8888 or approach any BCM branch for suspension procedures.
What is Fingerprint Authentication?
Fingerprint Authentication offers a simple, secure and faster way to access BCM Net / BCM Mobile Banking Service and complete two-factor authentication when carrying out designated online transactions in a faster way by using your fingerprint stored on your device.
What is Face ID Authentication? (Applicable for iPhone only)
Face ID Authentication offers a simple, secure and faster way to access BCM Net / BCM Mobile Banking Service and complete two-factor authentication when carrying out designated online transactions by using your facial map stored on your iPhone.
What is Facial Recognition? (Applicable for Android mobile devices only)
Facial Recognition offers a simple, secure and faster way to access BCM Net / BCM Mobile Banking Service and complete two-factor authentication when carrying out designated online transactions by using your facial map registered for Security Authentication.
What is Security Passcode / Passcode format?
The Security Passcode is a self-assigned 8 to 15 digits password. It will be used to verify your identity to log into BCM Net / BCM Mobile Banking Service and complete two-factor authentication when carrying out designated online transaction by using your Security Passcode.
For security reason, you are required to follow the below password format:
· It should consist of 8-15 alphabets and numbers;
· Symbols and spaces are not allowed; and
· It is case sensitive.

How can I perform financial transactions in BCM Net?
You will be able to perform general financial transactions after successful login to BCM Net. In case you wish to perform designated banking transactions, you are required to use your existing valid BCM Net Security Authentication Services.

Is there a minimum or maximum limit for a transaction amount for BCM Net Service?
Not every financial transaction is subject to a minimum or maximum limit of the bank. All financial transactions made within your own assets, which are between individual accounts under your ownership, are not bounded by a bank limit. However, some DAILY transaction bank limits are applied to certain transfer categories. The details are listed hereunder:

In other words, whenever the accumulated transaction amount has reached the
defined limit, no monetary transactions can be performed until the following
working day.
(*) Customers may access BCM Net and define their own maximum daily limit for making transfers outside their own assets, ranging from 0 up to the daily limit defined by the bank.
Can I make a transaction through BCM Net at anytime of the day?
Basically yes. However, the execution of the transaction will be based on the system cut-off time of each particular product or service. In other words, if a transaction has a day end system cut-off time, it will be executed automatically if the instruction is received before the cut-off time. If the transaction is made after the cut-off time, it will be executed or followed up by the bank only in the next working day.
Is there a charge for making a transaction?
The BCM Net e-Banking channel is basically free of charge. There will not be any additional handling or service charge if you make a transaction online. However, charges will be levied based on the normal fees and commissions defined by the bank for each particular transaction and service.
When I am making the financial transactions online, in which currencies should I indicate the transaction amount?
No matter you are making a transfer or time accounts instructions, etc., you can always indicate the transaction currency from a pull down list, which at most of the cases, will not only make available the currencies of either the debit or credit side, but also the counter side or other currencies as to give you the highest flexibility in allocating your assets.
What is a pending instruction?
A pending instruction is an innovative concept under e-Banking whereas all instructions or transactions made through BCM Net and TeleBCM but not being executed automatically or instantly (because of the cut-off times) will be included as a pending list. These instructions will be pending until the system executes the transaction automatically or related departments in the bank follow up the orders manually.
Can I make amendments to the pending instruction?
Once the instruction is placed in pending and await for execution, you cannot amend its contents. However, all pending instructions, except the Cashier Order Request, Demand Draft Request, Domestic and Foreign Transfers, are allowed to be cancelled before its execution date.
What will happen if there is insufficient fund in my account on the effective date of executing the pending instruction?
In case of insufficient fund, the transaction will be rejected and treated as unsuccessful transaction. If customers have selected the notification service for "Failure of Pending BCM Transfer or Payment", there will be notification message sending to your mobile phone by SMS or your personal email address about the unsuccessful execution of pending instruction(s).
What are the interest rates and/or exchange rates applied for the transactions made through BCM Net?
The prevailing standard interest rates and/or exchange rates of the bank, as displayed in BCM Net, will be applied for all transactions that are executed real time online. For those transactions that are pending (e.g. transactions related to Time Deposit) or inputted after system cut-off time, relevant rates will be displayed on screen as FOR REFERENCE ONLY. The actual interest rates and/or exchange rates should be based on those prevailing rate on the transaction execution date.

Current & Savings Accounts
1. Showing detail information of all current and savings accounts under your ownership in BCM bank.
2. The last 90 days’ account history can be displayed on screen by using the “Filter” function. You can use “Print” Function at the top right hand menu bar to print out the records but they are for reference only.
3. Statements can be requested through BCM Net if in case you need to see more historical records or an official document from the bank is needed.
Time Deposit
1. Showing detail information of all your time deposit accounts in BCM bank, including the principal, date of maturity, amount of interest, etc.

Loan Accounts
1. Showing details of your loan accounts in BCM bank, with clear indication of the original amount, outstanding amount, next payment, interest rate, maturity, etc.
2. History of last 24 transaction records of the loan account could be displayed or “Print” out for reference.
3. The upcoming payment plan can also be shown on screen.
Credit Card Services
1. A full list of Credit Card facilities is included in this function, such as the enquiry of card details, no matter it is a principal or supplementary card. Card details will show:

2. Payment of credit card bills can be done online by debiting any of your current or savings account in BCM bank.
3. Setting Autopay payment is also available through BCM Net. The currency of the designated debit account must be same as the credit card currency. The application for Credit Card Autopay will be effective in the upcoming payment if the application is submitted at least one working day before the payment due date.
4. Amendment of the Autopay amount is allowed at anytime before the payment due date.
5. You can request new credit card limit, cash advance or other credit card related instructions.
6. Bonus Points balances and redemption history is also available whereas gift redemption is possible by selecting from the list of gifts provided in BCM Net. However, the gifts are only those specifically selected by the bank whilst you can always approach the designated merchants and shops to choose from the full set of products and services.
Debit / ATM Card
1. You can apply for the Debit / ATM Card through BCM Net. Such request will be forwarded to BCM Card Centre for further processing.
2. Should you be under special situation that you need a replacement of Debit / ATM Card, you can also request it through e-Banking. However, BCM Card Centre will follow it up with you in case the bank needs to make further confirmation or clarification.
3. If you want to change the associated accounts on your Debit / ATM Card, i.e. those accounts that you can operate through ATMs, such request could also be delivered to the bank. Please be reminded that the Primary Account cannot be changed.

3. Transfers instructions can be placed
at any time of the day.
- For designated types of
transfer instructions between accounts within BCM Bank that have no cut-off
time, the execution
will be real time. However, for
the types of transfer instructions that are bounded by cut-off time, the instructions will be
executed real time if it is before
the system cut-off time, otherwise it will be executed on the next working day
and can be
located at the Pending Instruction
list.
- If it is a Domestic or Foreign
remittance, the transaction will be placed as pending whilst relevant
department of the bank
will follow up the execution either
on the same day or the next working day based on the system cut-off time.
4. A transfer, if not yet executed in real time, will always be shown at the pending instruction screen until it is executed. No amendments to these pending transfers can be done but only to cancel. Yet, cancellation is not allowed for the Domestic Transfer or Foreign Transfer.
Bill Payment Service
1. You can settle bills of CEM, CTM, Macau Cable TV, SAAM, FSS and Tax Payment of DSF by using this function under BCM Net and enquiry the payment history.
2. If you have already applied for the BCM Autopay Service, bear in mind that your payment through BCM Net would not stop the execution of the upcoming autopay payment unless you have already cancel the Autopay Service beforehand.
Pending Instructions
1. Displaying all instructions given to the bank either after system cut-off time, during bank holidays or are awaiting for further follow up by the bank. Details of the instruction can be reviewed, including the transaction amount, execution date, etc.
2. Once a request or transaction falls in “Pending Instruction” panel, it can be cancelled if needed except “Domestic Transfer” and “Foreign Transfer”.
Standing Order
1. A kind of instruction given to the bank for the latter to perform a transaction (mainly transfers or payment) at a specific day in future (one time) or at specific date(s) of the month at periodical basis.
2. All Standing Orders given by you through any channels to the bank will be shown on screen under the Standing Order function.
3. Amendments to any Standing Order before its execution date can be done through BCM Net.
4. Cancellation of a Standing Order before its execution date can be done through BCM Net.
5. If the pending Standing Order is due today, i.e. with the execution date falling on today’s date, you cannot cancel the instruction.
Mobile Securities Trading Service
1. You can enable / disable the Mobile Securities Trading Channel via BCM Net e-Banking Service.
2. The change of this setting requires the use of Security Authentication to validate the process, and in case you have not yet enable, please download BCM Mobile Banking Services at Apple App Store or Google Play Store, after logon to BCM Mobile Banking Services, you can enable Security Authentication Services from the “Security Settings – Security Authentication Settings” menu, and follow the on screen instructions to enable Security Authentication Services.
E-Statement
1. Credit card e-statement is available for principle cardholders only. Current/Saving account and VIP Banking Consolidated e-statements are available for all eligible account holder(s).
2. You can gain online access to recent 36 months of credit card statements, current/saving account as well as VIP Banking Consolidated statements which are exactly the same as that of paper statement in both layout and content. You can choose to print out the statements or save the file for reference.
3. You can update your statement delivery setting anytime to stop or continue the mailing of your physical statement.
4. Your instruction will be effective on next working day. If the effective date falls after the statement date of the month, the delivery setting will be executed by next statement cycle.
ATM Services
1. You may apply settings for ATM / Debit Card overseas withdrawal Service.
Online Risk Assessment
1. You can perform the online risk assessment via BCM Net by following the instructions as shown on screen. Result will be shown and printing option is available.
2. You can enquire the latest result of the risk assessment performed online at anytime on BCM Net.
3. You can enquire your investment account portfolio.
Online Applications
1. You can apply online the credit card “Cash-In Plan” Program and credit card “Easy-fun” Installment Program via BCM Net. Your application will then be directed to Card Centre for further processing.
2. You can perform online registration or inquire the DSF Tax Refund account registration.
Other Services
Services included under this function are:

Notifications Service
What is the Notifications Service?
It is an advanced and unique service with which you can receive messages in your registered personal e-mail or mobile phone for those activities or transactions that you have selected in order to be informed by the bank if some transactions will be executed in the coming days or to know if some transactions are done successfully or failed.
What are the transactions or activities included in the Notifications Service?
Currently, customers can select from a list of transactions or activities to receive the notifications from the bank either by SMS or email to personal email address. There are 4 types of notification services prior to the execution and 10 types are after the execution.
Before Execution:
(You can define the number of days
prior to the execution of the event that you will receive the notification to
remind you of the upcoming transactions.)
1. Standing order execution |
all standing orders that you have give instructions to the bank will be notified before its execution. |
2. Maturity of time deposit |
maturity of all time deposits that are under you ownership will be notified before their maturity |
3. Credit Card payment due |
payment for all credit card accounts under your ownership will be notified before the payment deadlines |
4. Loan payment due |
payment for any loan that you have in BCM bank will be notified before the payment deadlines |
After Execution:

(*) Customers can define the minimum amount for these services so that not all transactions are notified by SMS or email.
For security reasons, our Bank provides designated notifications with automatic system-generated SMS and/or Email once the following activities or transactions are triggered via e-Banking:
SMS notification will be provided for:
· Change of mobile number (Both old and new numbers will receive notifications)
· Change of home phone number
SMS and/or Email notification will be provided for:
· Change of self-defined security setting
· Change of login password
· Access block by customer
· Activation of Security Authentication
· Successful placement of remittance instruction
· Successful placement of account transfer to unregistered third party account
· Successful placement of card payment to unregistered third party account
· Add standing order to unregistered third party account (E.g. account transfer and remittances)
· Update standing order to unregistered third party account (E.g. account transfer and remittances)
· When a new e-statement is available on BCM Net (applicable only to customer who has suppressed the mailing of physical statement)
How can I apply for this Notifications Service?
In fact, you do not have to make a separate application for this service. Upon your registration of BCM Net e-Banking Service, you are entitled to enjoy this service at your discretion. What you need to do is:
· to open the “Notifications Manager” screen under the “Settings” menu
· you can find the aforesaid list of items
· simply click the buttons before “SMS” or “e-mail” to select those items that you want to have the notifications Service and also through which channel (selection of both means you will receive messages in both channels for the same item)
· define the number of days (before execution) or the minimum amount (after execution) if necessary but these are not compulsory.
Reminder: Please make sure you have updated the bank with you mobile phone number or e-mail address before you select for the Notifications Service.
